On 19 December 2025, I will be performing as part of “(x25 out of n)” performance series, a multi-day performance programme taking place from 12–22 December 2025 in Villach (AT).
The series unfolds in an unusual but highly visible setting: the shop window of a vacant store on Villach’s main square. By placing live performance directly into a storefront, the project shifts artistic practice into everyday public space — the window becomes a site of exposure, interruption and encounter — visible to passers-by, yet detached from the usual rhythms of consumption.
My contribution will take place on Friday, 19 December, from 17:00–18:00, at
Hauptplatz 10, 9500 Villach (AT).

For this performance, I will work with my Butoh–Clown character Homo Kemoni.
What exactly will happen is not fully decided in advance. The performance will be improvised, shaped by the specific conditions of the space, the presence of the window, the objects at hand and the people who pass by.
Objects may appear as partners, obstacles, or extensions of the body. Actions may emerge slowly, awkwardly, or unexpectedly. Rather than presenting a finished piece, the performance will unfold as a process — attentive to sensation, failure, transformation and momentary encounters.
The programme brings together a diverse group of artists, each occupying the window for a limited time and contributing their own approach to performance:
12.12. 17:00–19:00 — @valentin.alfery / @michi_sellner
13.12. 17:00–18:30 — @kollektivklaus
14.12. 17:00–18:00 — @nicht.stefan.ebner
19.12. 17:00–18:00 — @homo_kemoni
20.12. 17:00–18:00 — @katharina_weinhuber
21.12. 17:00–19:00 — @annapossarnig
22.12. 17:00–18:00 — @ein_bauchknoedel / @tschuschkunst
“Performance Series (x25 out of n)” frames each appearance as a fragment of a larger, open-ended sequence — a temporary intervention that exists only in the moment of its execution, visible to passers-by, unfiltered and immediate.
If you are in Villach during this time, I’m looking forward to encountering you — whether intentionally or by chance — in front of the window.
